I wish we had comunity gardens in my city!
We have just 'borrowed' a bit of abandoned space in a town centre, we get to use it until December this year, then I expect it will just return to weeds.Come to Yorkshire and visit!
You are focussed on the emergence of spring just as I am finally using my acorn dye from the autumn. Perhaps it's because our garden is still sleeping. I'm intrigued by the knitted cord in that last image.
