indigo and red thread


Scrap cottons, indigo dyed, paper pieced, red thread.

 

I'm quilting this table runner in the evenings and looking forward to learning more about indigo here.

  2. Thanks for the link on cold extraction, so informative. I posted on my blog a recently with pictures of my indigo plants and the results. They were planted a few years ago, and the summer was warm. Gosh, how they soaked up water! This year I will plant fresh seeds, and look forward to the harvest
