manchester finds

My visit to the Manchester Antique Textile Fair was quite a day. So much to look at. Wonderful stalls of vintage clothes, haberdashery, fabrics, and quilts. All incredibly tempting, so I was glad I'd set myself a tight budget.

I found lots of worn out scraps.

Hoping to re-make these into something new. I also found something on a much bigger scale that I'll post about when I can take some better photos.

  1. So jealous! Probably best for my bank balance I don't live too near Manchester. Beautiful photos, can't wait to see what comes of them. Miriam

  2. I'm very jealous! I missed it - again. Laid up feeling sorry for myself all day with a cold.
